For some connection issues, the solution may be to reset the camera module's software.
Instructions for resetting the camera module:
- The case must be powered on;
- The LEDs are off; use a paperclip or similar object to press the hidden button to the left of the yellow power switch for about 3–5 seconds
- The top LED bar will start flashing
- The lower LED bar remains lit
After about 5 minutes, the camera will have restarted. The LEDs will turn off, and you should receive an image in the app.
