If it doesn't work, there are three things you can check:
// Make sure the process was saved correctly
- Click on the icon with the two people in the top right corner. Under "Manage MagicTrap 2 Water," you’ll see the accounts that have already been authorized for that trap.
- Also, make sure you’ve entered the account the other person uses to log in to the MagicScout app.
// Pay attention to the case of the email address
If the email address is “Max.Mustermann@gmail.com,” the trap cannot be shared via “max.mustermann@gmail.com.”
// Make sure the other person has the latest version of the MagicScout app installed
- The invitation is not sent via email but appears directly in the app.
