Unfortunately, your MagicTrap 2 Water isn't sending any signals. There could be several reasons for this:
- Did you just install the device? If so, this message is completely normal and should disappear as soon as the trap establishes its first connection with the app.
Note: This can sometimes take several hours if you turned on the device before pairing it with the app.
- The module isn’t charged or has discharged over the winter -> Charging the battery should resolve the issue
- A weak cellular signal can also be the reason why the trap cannot send a signal to the app. Reposition the trap and then restart it.
