If so, here's an important note for you:
The software license is linked to the email account used during purchase.
To ensure the physical MagicTrap is correctly linked to the MagicTrap 2 Water software, you must use the same email address when creating your MagicScout user account as you did when placing your order in the online store.
If you used a different email address when placing your order, the license can be transferred to the correct user account. In that case, please feel free to contact our customer service.
