To be able to use your MagicTraps, it is important to use the corresponding license key within the app.
Wondering where to get the license key?
This will be sent to you by email immediately after ordering and will contain a link.
If you click on this link via your smartphone, you will be forwarded directly to the right place to activate the license. However, if you are not redirected, you can also enter the code manually in the line provided in the app.
Once you have been redirected, simply click on "Add" and follow the instructions there.
If you have any problems activating the license, please contact AgroCloud Support - your request will be processed as quickly as possible so that you can keep an eye on your field as soon as possible!
If you have not received a license key, this is probably because you ordered the license/MagicTrap here in our MagicScout Shop. In this case, the license will be linked directly to the email address with which the order was placed.
