Through our online store, you have the following options for a license or subscription:
You can purchase a maximum of one Pro license per email address or account. To access more than 10 traps, a second account is required.
Only by purchasing the license will you be able to view the images and corresponding analyses.
Important note:
To ensure the physical MagicTrap 2 Water device pairs correctly with the MagicTrap 2 Water software, you must use the same email address when creating your account as you did when placing your order in the online store.
If you logged into the app using a different account, we can also adjust the license manually. Please feel free to send a quick message to our customer service, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible!
