The reservoir stores 1 litre of water. After filling and horizontal alignment of the trap body, the water runs off evenly.
In hot weather and when there is a lot of sunlight, the water naturally evaporates more quickly than on colder days. Under normal weather conditions, however, the reservoir should provide water for up to three weeks.

- Remove the bee protection grid and the camera module.
- If your MagicTrap is attached to a stick, you can hang the bee guard on the hook of the bracket.
- Hold the trap vertically so that the water reservoir is tilted downwards.
- Fill the reservoir with one litre of water by carefully pouring it into the slit-shaped opening with a small amount of detergent.
