The reservoir holds a little more than 1 liter of water. Once filled and the yellow tray is positioned horizontally, the water flows out evenly.
In hot weather and strong sunlight, the water naturally evaporates faster than on cooler days. Under normal weather conditions, however, the reservoir should continue to dispense water for up to three weeks.
// Filling the Water Tank
- Remove the bee screen and the camera module.
- If your MagicTrap 2 Water is mounted on a pole, you can hang the bee protection screen on the hook of the mount.
- Hold the trap vertically so that the water reservoir is tilted downward.
- Fill the reservoir with one liter of water by carefully pouring it—along with a small amount of dish soap—into the slit-shaped opening.
