Generally, the MagicTrap is in deep sleep mode most of the day. This means that no LED flashes anymore.
The MagicTrap turns off to save energy for cloudy/rainy days. It only wakes up at certain times to send a status and/or image .
The trap's wake-up times are based on local weather data. On sunny days, they are as follows:
- 8 am: Status (battery, signal, etc.)
- 12 o'clock: status + image
- 16 o'clock: status + image
- 20 o'clock: Status
Hint:
You can track the future wake-up times of the trap at any time in the MagicScout app, but you cannot change them manually.
