Ingeneral, the MagicTrap is in deep sleep mode for most of the day. This means that the LED no longer flashes.
The MagicTrap switches itself off to save energy for cloudy/rainy days. It only wakes up at certain times to send a status and/or image .
The wake-up times of the trap depend on the local weather data. On sunny days they are as follows:
- 8 o'clock: Status (battery, signal etc.)
- 12 o'clock: Status + image
- 4 p.m.: Status + image
- 8 p.m.: Status
Note:
You can track the future wake-up times of the trap at any time in the MagicScout app, but you cannot change them manually.
