The software license is linked to the email account used for the purchase.
For an error-free linking of the physical MagicTrap with the MagicTrap software, the same email address must be used when creating the MagicScout user account as when ordering in the webshop.
If you used a different email address when ordering, the license can be transferred to the correct user account. In this case, please contact our customer service.
